Sueanne Yang is a bilingual (English–Korean) real estate agent serving Chicago’s North Shore, including Wilmette, Evanston, Glenview, Northbrook, and Winnetka, with a focus on guiding clients through the full transition of moving—not just the transaction. She believes real estate is much like art or a musical performance: it requires careful listening, balance, timing, and attention to detail. Every client’s situation is unique, and she approaches each move with care, clarity, and thoughtful coordination.

A North Shore resident for approximately 15 years, Sueanne relocated to the area for her husband’s career at Northwestern University and raised her three children in the New Trier School District. Having experienced both relocation and long-term settlement herself, she is especially attuned to the emotional and practical needs of families transitioning into a new community.

Drawing on her firsthand experience as a buyer, seller, tenant, and investor, Sueanne understands the real estate process from the client’s point of view and provides practical, steady guidance throughout each stage of a move.

With a professional background in healthcare, education, and customer service, Sueanne is known for her calm presence, clear communication, and reliable follow-through.

Outside of real estate, Sueanne enjoys playing the piano, reading, flower arrangement, learning Japanese, and staying actively connected to her local community.
